Harambee 4 Humanity collaborates with individuals
and groups in areas where there is a demonstrated need, and
a clear commitment on behalf of the community to play an active
role in the development and implementation of projects.
We support initiatives in which:
- the community is willing to invest
their time, apply their skills and expertise, and provide what
resources they can to make the project a success;
- the activities respect the natural environment and make use of
local resources and capacity;
- there is a benefit to the broader community; and
- the activity or outcome can be sustained beyond the duration
of H4H’s involvement with the project.
Please click on the following links for descriptions of our
three current projects. The first is the building of Oleleshwa
Primary School in Ewaso Ngiro, Kenya, which was the catalyst
for H4H’s creation, and the projects that followed.
